Rapid Deployment/Platform Change

Enspire Partners provided consulting expertise to assist a paper company in rolling out JD Edwards to over one hundred fifty plants and thirty distribution centers, replacing incumbent SAP systems.  While their E1 software was not highly customized, it had a tremendous amount of interfaces requiring integration. 

This project was completed in 120 days.
