Each candidate we present is vetted for the hard skills and intangible attributes most important to you.  Our heat map scoring grid allows you review candidate qualifications at a glance to determine the best fit for advancement in your interview process. 

Weekly Reporting

On a weekly basis, we also provide you with a customized report represented below which summarizes our efforts worked on your behalf. In addition to outlining candidates in play, many clients use this report as a call to action for advancing candidates or further refining their qualification criteria.
