Support Consultant

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Role

Support packaged software solution for clients in North and South America. Manage trouble ticketing system and 1st and 2nd level issues.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field with 2-5 years experience in supporting packaged software applications. Strong communications skills (Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus).  Solid technical background with troubleshooting including SQL or programming experience required.
